My name is Vicki and welcome to Hazeley Counselling.
Sometimes life can feel confusing, overwhelming, frantic and counselling can be a useful tool for untangling difficult thoughts and feelings. Counselling is based on building a trusting relationship and can help support you to make positive decisions.
Counselling for adults
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and I am trained to help with issues such as anxiety, low mood, bereavement, self confidence, self-harm, family and relationship issues amongst other things.
Counselling for young people
Adolescence is a time when young people’s patterns of thought and behaviour are developing, and defining what sort of adult they will become. Counselling can help to develop healthier mental processes and improve confidence and self esteem to take young people into their adult life.
Working creatively
I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to put words to how you are feeling, so I can work creatively and offer a nurturing environment to help explore your inner world. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can talk about any emotional and psychological problems which may be affecting you.
To gain clarity
The aim of counselling is to help you to find your own answers, gain a feeling of self acceptance, and feel more in control of your life.
In a safe and compassionate space
To explore your emotions and find inner calm.
Non judgmental
Counselling isn't about being judged and I won't give you advice or opinions.
Counselling offers a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your feelings, thoughts, values, past experiences and behaviours.
