In addition to my private work, I am a counsellor at a sixth form college and for a  charity. Prior to this, I spent three years working for a leading mental health charity.

Integrative counselling;

I am an integrative counsellor based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. I am trained in different counselling modalities and can use this approach to suit each individual client. I am experienced with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and more. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their ethical framework.

I am qualified to work with both adults and young people (aged 11 years old and over). 

Professional Development;

I have regular supervision and ongoing Professional Development as per the guidance of the BACP's Professional Framework.  I am fully insured.

My background is in education and youth work, I spent many years working with young people in schools, I recognised how important it is to have a safe, non-judgemental space to talk. I was inspired by this to train to be a counsellor.

When I am not at work I enjoy outdoor swimming,  all year round and family time with my three children.
